Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the OurBaby mobile application (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. What OurBaby Is (and Isn't)

OurBaby uses AI to generate images of a hypothetical future baby from photos you provide. Results are synthetic, for entertainment only, and do not predict the appearance, characteristics, or existence of any real child. The Service is not medical, genetic, or fertility advice of any kind.

2. Your Content

• Only upload photos you have the right to use. If a photo shows someone else, get their permission first.
• You keep ownership of your photos. You grant us the limited license needed to process them and generate your images.
• Generated images are yours to save and share for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Acceptable Use

Don't use the Service to:

• upload photos of minors, or any unlawful, abusive, or explicit content;
• harass, impersonate, defame, or mislead anyone (including presenting generated images as real);
• reverse-engineer the Service or abuse it with automated traffic.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

• Every generation includes a free, visible, watermarked preview.
• OurBaby Pro unlocks HD images, age progression, and family/siblings/twins modes. Pro may include a free trial; after it ends, the subscription renews automatically at the shown price until cancelled.
• Payments and cancellation run through your Apple ID (Settings → Subscriptions). Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

5. Availability

AI generation depends on third-party providers, so occasional slowness or downtime can happen. We may update, change, or discontinue features as the Service evolves.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
